"Tales and Tunes" Sept. 25, 26, 27: Leacock and Brass Ensemble Together At Last

Coming up fast:  Ottawa Storyteller Gail Anglin and I will be sharing the stage with the fabulous North Winds Brass at three local venues at the end of September.  Gail and I will be telling stories by Canada's humour hall-of-famer, Stephen Leacock, and the North Winds Brass will please your ears with a variety of tunes from Joplin, Maurer, Lamb and others appropriate to the period (broadly speaking, between the Wars).  That brass ensemble sound is really amazing!

Here are the places and times (see also the poster below):

• Friday September 25 at St. Timothy's Presbyterian Church, 2400 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday September 26 at the Station Theatre, 53 Victoria Avenue, Smiths Falls, 8:00 p.m. 
• Matinee: Sunday September 27 at Christ Church Anglican, Bells Corners, 3861 Old Richmond Road, Ottawa, 2:30 p.m.
