Upcoming gigs, updated order form

Whew! It's been way too long since I posted an entry. Summer and early fall have been incredibly busy, but not with performances. We have pulled up stakes, turned the farm over to an energetic young guy named David, and moved into town! Renovations on the house are nearing completion, but singing and storytelling have had to take a back seat for a while. However, there are some gigs on the horizon and there may be more soon. For now, please mark the following dates on your calendar if you'd like to catch me live in Ottawa:

On December 6th, 2008 I will be joining a gaggle of talented Ottawa songwriters performing original seasonal music at the annual Christmas Goose concert, at the National Arts Centre's 4th stage. I will be performing two previously unperformed Christmas tunes.

February 7th, 2009 is a red-letter day: a whole evening I can devote to my own songs, also at the NAC 4th stage. (Well, I might throw in a story or two also...) More about that later...

Finally, on February 19th, 2009 I will be joining storytellers Marva Blackmore and Kathie Kompass for "Lost Luggage, Found Stories: The Lighter Side of Travel". This is also at the NAC 4th Stage; it's a wonderful, intimate venue, and I'm delighted to be spending more time there.

More about each of these shows as they draw nearer. Meanwhile, if you are using my online order form to order CDs, you may notice the change of address and a miniscule increase in the cost of some items in order to offset the rising price of postage. Thanks for your patience!
